Almond pie crust

Super-easy gluten-free pie crust for pumpkin pies and cheesecakes.
Ingredients:
- 2 heaping cups almond meal
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a few dashes of cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Combine all of the ingredients to form a sticky dough.
- With moist fingertips, press the dough into 2 8-inch glass pie plates.
- Bake the crust at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes if using a no-bake filling. Allow to cool completely before filling.
