Ingredients
- 1 granny smith apple
- Some aged cheddar
- Around 2 cups of apple cider. Not apple juice, cider. Not the alcoholic stuff either.
Directions
- Reduce some apple cider (put it in a pan, boil it until most of it is gone).
- After the reducing is done, slice up the apple and cheese.
- Arrange the apple on a plate and put one slice of cheese on each slice of apple.
- Drizzle some of the reduction over the whole thing.
That's it. Serve fairly soon.
