Ingredients

  • 1 granny smith apple
  • Some aged cheddar
  • Around 2 cups of apple cider. Not apple juice, cider. Not the alcoholic stuff either.

Directions

  1. Reduce some apple cider (put it in a pan, boil it until most of it is gone).
  2. After the reducing is done, slice up the apple and cheese.
  3. Arrange the apple on a plate and put one slice of cheese on each slice of apple.
  4. Drizzle some of the reduction over the whole thing.

That's it. Serve fairly soon.
