Black Bean Brownies

I was skeptical when my sister gave me this recipe for Black Bean Brownies, but it's good, and nobody I've served them to has ever guessed that they contained beans. Do be very careful about the baking time, though, as these will dry out very quickly if overdone.
Ingredients
- One 15 oz. can black beans (plain)
- 4 oz. unsweetened baker’s chocolate
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2-3 dashes cinnamon
- 2 tsp. vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease an 8-inch square baking pan.
- In a double-boiler, melt together the chocolate and butter.
- Drain and rinse the beans and, using a food processor, combine with the eggs.
- In a bowl, mix bean puree, sugar, flour, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Combine bean puree, sugar, flour, vanilla and cinnamon.
- Add chocolate mixture to bean mixture, and pour into the baking pan.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
