Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients
Bagel (I prefer fresh cinnamon raisin)
2 eggs
4-6 slices of bacon
2 slices of cheese
Directions
Fry bacon in a large skillet. Split your bagel while you wait.
Set aside bacon and half of the bacon grease.
Scramble eggs in remaining grease.
Set aside eggs, return remaining grease to skillet.
Fry bagel halves in the remaining grease.
Stack bagel half/cheese/eggs/cheese/bacon/bagel half.
Notes
Yummy! If you do have a truly large skillet (or use a griddle), you can scramble the eggs and fry the bagel at the same time.
