Chili Casserole

Ingredients

  • 2 Boxes Cornbread Stuffing
  • 2 Cans of your favorite chili (or ~2 lbs of homemade chili)
  • Bunch of shredded cheese

Directions

  1. Prepare Stuffing as directed on box.
  2. Line bottom of casserole with stuffing.
  3. Cover with chili.
  4. Cover with cheese.
  5. Bake at 350° F until cheese is melted and chili is hot.
  6. Scoop onto plates and serve with corn chips (as the vegetable)
