4 - Whole Eggs

2 - tsp Red Rooster (or Louisiana if you prefer) hot sauce

1 - pinch of salt

1 - pinch of chili pepper

1 - pinch of ground mustard seed

now take all that and scramble it...

Damn thats good, (5 min meal too) or if ya like try it with some bacon and add more red rooster on after it is done.
