Corn on the Cob - Grilled Herb Recipe

This method of preparing Corn on the Cob is relatively quick, simple, and yields excellent results. If your guests are accustomed to plain-jane Corn on the Cob, this will assuredly floor them.
Ingredients
- Corn - 1 ear per person
- Olive Oil
- Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Herbes de Provence
Aluminum Foil
Preparation
- Peel and discard the husks and cornsilk
- Tear a sheet of aluminum foil of sufficient size
- Lay the ear of corn on the sheet of aluminum foil
- Drizzle generously with olive oil
- Sprinkle a dash of salt on both sides of the ear.
- Generously sprinkle garlic powder and herbes de provence on both sides.
- Wrap the foil up and around the ear of corn.
Directions
- Place wrapped ears over high, indirect heat on the grill, turning every 5 minutes
- Continue for 20-30 minutes until fully cooked.
- Remove from the grill, unwrap, and serve.
