Duck and tators

Directions
Go shoot a duck about 1200g. (3-4lb), dig up some potatoes.
get 2 oven pans preheat oven to 225C
Peel potatoes, then slice them in one of the pans (could be brushed with butter first).
When the oven is hot stick in the duck chest down for 30-45min, then turn it for 60-75min, when it is turned stick in the potatoes.
Drink a 6-pack.
When the time is up then you can give the duck little grill WATCH IT (about 30-60 sec).
Then it is ready to serve.
