Garlicky Arugula Pasta

Ingredients
- 12 oz. bowtie or similar pasta
- 4-8 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 lb. grape tomatoes, halved
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 bunch arugula, hand shredded
- 1 large lemon
Preparation
- Cook the pasta al dente.
- While the pasta is cooking, cook the halved tomatoes and garlic in olive oil in a large skillet for about 5 minutes.
- Add the arugula to the skillet and cook until just tender-crisp, about 1 minute.
- Add tomato sauce and heat until warm.
- Drain the pasta and toss with the sauce. Serve immediately.
