German Pancakes

This is copied from an Ars thread where lizzard posted her "family recipe"

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbsp butter, melted.

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 400°F
  2. Grease two pie plates
  3. Blend all ingredients
  4. Divide batter between pie plates
  5. Bake for 20 minutes at 400°F
  6. Reduce heat to 350°F and bake for 10 more minutes

Serve with butter, lemon juice, and powdered sugar.
