Hummus

Serve with warm pita or naan.
Ingredients
- one 12 oz. can chick peas (garbanzo beans), rinsed and drained
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp coriander (optional)
- 3–4 cloves garlic, peeled (or to taste)
- 1/4 c. tahini (sesame seed paste)
- 1/4 c. olive oil, more as necessary
- salt to taste
- pinch paprika
Other ingredients may be added as desired. I also like to throw in sundried tomatoes or roasted peppers from time to time.
Directions
Add all ingredients to food processor and process until smooth. Top with a pinch or paprika and a dash of olive oil.
