Lebanese Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 chicken breasts (remove skin)
  • 3 oz. tomato paste (1/2 of sm. can)
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3 cloves garlic

Directions:
Mix tomato paste, lemon salt, pepper and garlic. Spread over chicken. Can be marinated overnight. Bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Serves 4.
