Macaroni and Cheese with Tomatoes

Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 package l2oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 can 14 1I2 oz Del Monte fresh cut diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 lb shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions:
1. Melt margarine in skillet. Add macaroni and tomatoes. Cook stirring occasionally. 5 minutes
2. Add 1 1/2 cups water, bring to boil. Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
3 Sprinkle in flour, blend well.
4. Stir in milk and cheese. Simmer 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
