Macaroni salad with shrimp

Macaroni Salad with Shrimp
Makes 24 servings.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 pound elbow macaroni cooked
- 6 ounces tiny shrimp un-drained
- 2 tablespoons scallion chopped
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tomato chopped - optional
- pinch pepper
Directions:
cook and drain macaroni. Let cool for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
