Macaroni salad with shrimp

Macaroni Salad with Shrimp

Makes 24 servings.
Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound elbow macaroni cooked
  • 6 ounces tiny shrimp un-drained
  • 2 tablespoons scallion chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tomato chopped - optional
  • pinch pepper

Directions:
cook and drain macaroni. Let cool for 30 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate overnight.
