Mexican Shredded Beef

Brodie already posted a Taco dish, but he used ground beef - which while OK, isn't in the true spirit of tacos IMHO.
Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs of stew beef - cheap and available at any grocery store
- 1 can smoked green chili peppers
- pre-made taco seasoning packet, or make your own with cumin, chili powder and garlic powder.
Directions
- Put the cubed stew beef in a crock pot, along with enough water to almost cover the beef.
- Cook on high for 6-8 hours.
- Add peppers, seasonings and shred with forks.
