Orange Chicken

Directions
Take a couple of boneless chicken breasts and remove all the fat. Brown the chicken on both sides in a frying pan.
Pour about one cup of orange juice into the frying pan with the chicken and cover the frying pan with a cookie sheet (make sure you allow air to move in and out of the pan though).
Once the orange juice is gone spread BBQ sauce (KC masterpiece, IMHO) on the chicken. Allow it to cook for just another minute or two on both sides.
