Peanut Dipping Sauce

I use this tangy peanut sauce for dipping pot stickers, etc.

Ingredients

• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1/2 small onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp curry
• 1/2 tsp crushed hot red pepper flakes
• 1/2 tsp coriander
• 3/4 cup peanut butter
• 3/4 cup coconut milk

Directions

In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and process until smooth.
