Peri-Peri Portugese Hot Sauce

This one is super easy to make and it tastes good on roasted chicken. The great thing is that you can control the spice.
Ingredients/supplies
- A sealable container, preferably glass
- Handful of hot peppers, the hotter the better
- 1 cup Olive oil
- 1 cup Whiskey
Directions
- Place all the ingredients in the container.
- Shake vigorously.
- Set aside and repeat daily for a couple weeks. The longer you let it steep the hotter it gets.
