Quick Creamy Pesto Tuna Pasta

Ingredients

  • 1 small tin of tuna
  • 1 large onion
  • 284ml (~1.25 cups) cream
  • 1-2 tbsp of pesto (any sort will work)
  • Peas to suit
  • Garlic to suit
  • Pepper to suit
  • Olive oil to suit
  • Pasta to suit (100g (~3.5 oz, or 1/2 cup) dried each)

Directions

  1. Chop onion finely and fry with garlic in some olive oil.
  2. Add the tin of tuna, stir
  3. Add cream and pesto, bring to heat and add some peas for more colour.
  4. Mix the pasta and the tuna together and add pepper if wanted.
  5. Serve.
