Scotch eggs

Hard boil some eggs. Easiest way to do this is to place the eggs in a pot with cold water. Bring to a boil, then turn off the heat and cover. Wait 12 minutes. Then remove from the hot water, and put into ice water. This will make it easier to peel the eggs.
Get some ground sausage, and form a thin layer around each (peeled) egg. It is easiest to use your hands. Rinse your hands in cold water to minimize sticking, and try to get the layer fairly even.
Traditionally, you would now deep fry them, but I didn't want to do that. I rolled them in Panko bread crumbs, and then baked them in the oven.
