Shrimp Istanbul

Shrimp Istanbul

Ingredients:

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 pounds shrimp
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup mushroom sliced
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons sherry
  • 1 1/2 cups light cream
  • salt

Directions:
Simmer shrimp in 4 tablespoons butter for 3 minutes. Remove from pan. Put remaining ingredients in pan and simmer 5 minutes. Add shrimp. Remove from heat. Add cornstarch to thicken if necessary.
