Shrimp Sauté with Lime and Cilantro

Excellent for shrimp tacos!

Ingredients
- Shrimp , size #21-25
- cilantro, fresh and chopped
- garlic, minced or chopped fine
- lime juice, fresh squeezed
- onion, chopped
- salt
- pepper
- butter, unsalted
Preparation
Shell and de-vein shrimp
Directions
Sauté garlic and onion in butter. After shelling and de-veining the shrimp add that to the skillet. Halve a lime and squeeze the juice onto the shrimp and broth.
Cook the shrimp maybe 2 minutes per side. You want them to curl into a "C" shape and turn pink. Be careful not to overcook or they turn tough.
Chop cilantro and add that near the end.
Notes
Taking a couple corn tortillas put them over an open flame until they start to brown. Spoon Shrimp and broth onto the tortillas along with some cuts of avocado.
