Spinach dip
From Ars Cookbook
1 frozen package of chopped spinach
1 16oz tub of sour cream
1 dry Lipton's Vegetable Soup Mix packet
1 round bread loaf or box of crackers
Defrost and press out all water from the spinach package. Mix spinach, sour cream, and soup mix together in large bowl. Make sure to combine thoroughly. Allow mixture to set for at least 30 minutes in the fridge. Cut a center chunk from the bread round and fill the space with the dip. Use remaining bread from center piece as dipping pieces.
