Stuffed cabbage

Stuffed Cabbage
Makes 20 servings.
Ingredients:
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1 pound ground pork
- 3 Medium chopped onion or 1 large, fried and drained
- 4 eggs
- 5 cups rice cooked with salt per directions cooked and drained
- 2 teaspoons salt
- pepper
Directions:
Cook cabbage, cut leaves, fill and roll. Line bottom of pan with cabbage leaves. Add stuffed rolls, 3 29 oz. cans of tomatoes sauce, 3 cans of water, 1/2 cup vinegar. Add more water if necessary to cover the rolls plus one inch. Cook for2 1/2 hours.
