Stuffed Cabbage

Makes 20 servings.
Ingredients:

  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 pound ground pork
  • 3 Medium chopped onion or 1 large, fried and drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 cups rice cooked with salt per directions cooked and drained
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • pepper

Directions:
Cook cabbage, cut leaves, fill and roll. Line bottom of pan with cabbage leaves. Add stuffed rolls, 3 29 oz. cans of tomatoes sauce, 3 cans of water, 1/2 cup vinegar. Add more water if necessary to cover the rolls plus one inch. Cook for2 1/2 hours.
