Stuffed Mushrooms

Makes 24 servings.
Ingredients:

  • 24 mushroom
  • 1/4 cup Italian flavored bread crumbs
  • 3/4 stick butter
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano

Directions:
remove stems from mushrooms and set aside. chop stems and mix with breadcrumbs, garlic, cheese, parsley and oregano. fill mushroom caps. melt butter and lemon juice. pour over each mushroom. bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, basting once or twice.
