Swedish meatballs

Swedish Meatballs
Ingredients:
- 1 pound ground pork
- 1 egg
- 7 saltine crackers
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 onion grated
- cracker meal
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 can water
Directions:
Soak crackers in milk until soft. Mix first seven ingredients together. Mixture will be soft. Make small, teaspoon size meatballs. Roll in cracker meal in the palm of your hand. Brown in oil. Prepare gravy with soup. water, bouillon. Thicken with flour. Put in roasting pan with celery, onions and carrot. Put meatballs on top. Dab 1/4 lb butter on top. Bake at 275 degrees for one hour.
