Tortellini Salad

Ingredients:

  • 7 ounces cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup broccoli florets fresh
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped
  • 1 tablespoon pimiento chopped
  • 6 ounces artichoke hearts marinated and drained
  • 2 onion chopped
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons basil chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
  • 5 cherry tomatoes halved
  • ripe olives sliced
  • parmesan cheese

Directions:
Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain, Rinse in cold water. Combine all other ingredients except tomatoes and cheese. Cover and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours. Add tomatoes and cheese just before serving.
