Turkey Roll-ups

Ingredients

  • 1 lb thick sliced deli turkey (as thick as you can get it)
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing
  • 1 can Campbell's cream o mushroom soup.

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350ish. Or so.
  2. Make Stove Top stuffing as per box.
  3. Take one slice of turkey, spoon in some stuffing, roll up, and place in casserole dish.

Repeat till all the turkey or stuffing is gone. Eat remainder.

  1. Mix soup with water very thin, about half n half.
  2. Pour mixture over rollups in casserole dish.
    You want enough to fill in all the gaps, but not enough to fill the whole dish.
  3. Place in oven and let it cook until it smells good (30-40 min). Do not cover.
    There should brown crunchy bits on top, and all the rollups should be hot all the way through.

Everything in the recipe is already 'cooked', you're just heating it all together.
I like to add a tin of mushrooms to the soup. Mainly cuz I like mushrooms.
Any other stuffing will work too.
