Turkey stuffing

Turkey Stuffing
Ingredients:
- 5 potatoes cooked and mashed (red potatoes)
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion chopped and browned
- 3/4 pound ground beef browned and drained
- 3 stalks celery chopped
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 12 slices white bread dried and cubed
- 1 cup chicken broth
Directions:
brown and drain onions and beef. cool slightly. add remaining ingredients chicken broth. place in casserole, pour chicken broth on top and bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
