White Cake

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup shortening
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 cups flour

Directions:
Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs. Combine dry ingredients and add to batter alternately with milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
