White Chocolate Supremes

Ingredients:

  • 2 sticks butter melted
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs fork beaten
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups macadamia nuts - measure before chopping chopped
  • 2 cups white chocolate

Directions:
Melt butter. Add both sugars. Add vanilla, baking soda and salt. Add eggs and mix. Add flour and mix thoroughly. Add chocolate and nuts.
Drop by teaspoons onto un-greased cooking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes until nicely browned. Cook on cookie sheet two minutes, remove to wire rack to finish cooling.
