Zucchini Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes 72 servings.
Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups zucchini grated
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup walnuts grated
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions:
mix dry ingredients together. cream butter and sugar. add eggs and vanilla. add zucchini. add dry ingredients. add nuts and chocolate chips. refrigerate for one hour.
drop by tablespoonfuls on greased cookie sheet. place at 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
