Zucchini lemon cookies

Zucchini Lemon Cookies

Makes 72 servings.
Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon lemon peel
  • 1 cup zucchini shredded
  • 1 cup walnuts chopped

Directions:
mix dry ingredients together. cream butter and sugar. add eggs and lemon peel, beat until fluffy. add dry ingredients. add zucchini and walnuts.
drop by teaspoonfuls on un-greased cookie sheet. bake at 350 degrees for 15 or 20 minutes.
